Kick off your point of sale training by joining group webinars—all run by our retail experts—to get your team up to speed efficiently prior to launch. Then, as needed, use this same webinar series to onboard new employees. Once you've completed the series, follow up with 3 hours of personalized one-on-one training to ask specific questions or get a more detailed walkthrough of your own store's account.
As with Basic, kick off your training by joining regular online webinars run by our experts. Your team can join these anytime they need new training or a refresher. You will also receive 8 hours of personalized training from a Heartland Retail expert. Use this time to answer specific questions or set up your account with one-on-one guidance.
Using our import templates, you are welcome to upload your own data, but for customers who prefer a more hands-off data migration approach, we have full-service white-glove options available. Our in-house data scientists will extract information from your previous system, convert it and import it into your new Heartland Retail account so it is ready to go when you are.
